The primary focus of the Foundation Tempus’s activities is on the promotion of the largest programme of the European Union for cooperation in the fields of education, training, youth and sport – Erasmus +, as well as the Central European programme for the exchange of students and teaching staff – CEEPUS.
Although individuals cannot submit project proposals for Erasmus +, they are direct beneficiaries of the program, through the implementation of projects.
Under Erasmus+, individuals can participate in international exchanges with partner institutions from Europe in the part of the programme designated as Key Activity 1 (KA1).
The CEEPUS programme also involves the exchange of individuals (students and teaching staff), but within 15 Central European countries.
Educational institutions and organizations are able to apply for their projects in the part of the Erasmus+ programme marked as Key Activity 2 (KA2). Within KA2, institutions from Serbia have at their disposal capacity building projects in higher education and strategic partnership projects, as well as a number of other projects in which they can participate as project partners.
