The primary focus of the Foundation Tempus’s activities is on the promotion of the largest programme of the European Union for cooperation in the fields of education, training, youth and sport – Erasmus+, as well as the Central European programme for the exchange of students and teaching staff – CEEPUS.
Although individuals cannot submit project proposals for Erasmus+, they are direct beneficiaries of the programme through the implementation of projects.
Within the Erasmus+ part designated as Key Action (KA1) individuals can participate in international exchanges with partner institutions from Europe.
The CEEPUS programme also involves the exchange of individuals (students and teaching staff), within 15 Central European countries.
Educational institutions and organisations can apply for projects in the part of the Erasmus+ programme marked as Key Action 2 (KA2). Within KA2, institutions from Serbia have capacity-building projects in higher education and strategic partnership projects at their disposal, as well as many other projects in which they can participate as project partners.
