POSSIBILITY OF COMPLAINT

Applicants for Erasmus+ projects that fall under the scope of the Foundation Tempus may file a complaint regarding the Foundation Tempus’s decision if they believe there has been a procedural error in the grant award process.

It should be noted that the qualitative assessment of the project application cannot be classified as a procedural error. The beneficiaries of Erasmus+ projects within the Foundation Tempus’ scope have the right to file a complaint regarding the project monitoring process and other relevant matters, such as the calculation of the final amount due, following the submission of the final report. It is essential that the person filing the complaint has a legitimate interest in the matter at hand.

The complaints must be submitted in writing and sent by post to the Foundation Tempus, Žabljačka 12, 11000 Belgrade.

The complaint must be lodged by the legal representative of the person filing the complaint.
