POSSIBILITY OF COMPLAINT

Applicants for Erasmus+ projects that fall under the scope of the Foundation Tempus may file a complaint regarding the Foundation Tempus’s decision if they believe there has been a procedural error in the grant award process.

It should be noted that the qualitative assessment of the project application cannot be classified as a procedural error. Any documents that were not submitted to the Foundation Tempus by the deadline specified in the Call for Proposals or in the requested manner (by e-mail) shall not be taken into consideration.

Complaint must be submitted within 15 calendar days following the sending date of the electronic mail notifying the applicant of the Call results.

Additionally, beneficiaries of Erasmus+ projects within the Foundation Tempus’ scope may lodge a complaint regarding the project monitoring process or other significant matters, such as the calculation of the final payment amount following the submission of a project implementation report. Such complaints must be submitted by the project coordinator—that is, the beneficiary with whom the Tempus Foundation has concluded a Grant Agreement.

The deadline for filing a complaint is 30 calendar days from the date the email notifying the beneficiary of the remaining payment amount is sent, following the assessment of the project implementation report.

A complaint is submitted by completing a form, which may be sent by mail to the Tempus Foundation at Žabljačka 12, 11000 Belgrade, or via email—provided the form is electronically signed.

A complaint may be submitted exclusively by the legal representative of the complainant.

Any complaint submitted by an unauthorized person or filed after the deadline will not be taken into consideration.
