POSSIBILITY OF COMPLAINT

Applicants for Erasmus+ projectsdirectly covered by the Foundation Tempus’s scope of competence may complain against the decision of the Foundation Tempus if they believe there has been a procedural error in the grant award process.

It should be noted that the qualitative assessment of the project application filed cannot be considered a procedural error and that any documents not submitted to the Foundation Tempus by the deadline specified in the Call for Proposals or in the requested manner (by e-mail) shall not be taken into consideration.

The complaint must be filed within 15 calendar days following the sending date of the electronic mail notifying the applicant of the Call results.

The beneficiaries of Erasmus+ projects covered by the Foundation Tempus scope of competence may file a complaint against the project monitoring process and other relevant issues, such as calculating the final amount due, following the final report submission. The submission and consideration of any such complaint are subject to the existence of the legal interest of the person filing the complaint in the relevant matter.

The complaint shall be filed in writing and sent by post to the Foundation Tempus, Zabljacka 12, 11000 Belgrade.

The complaint must be lodged by the legal representative of the person filing the complaint.

Any complaints filed by unauthorised persons or after the deadline shall not be taken into consideration.
